My Kiple VISA Prepaid Card is lost or stolen
“Freeze” your Kiple VISA Prepaid Card immediately to stop further payment transactions including cash withdrawal. Change your Card PIN for security. Follow below steps:
- Freeze Card
- Swipe the button to the right on the freeze card menu
- Enter your Wallet PIN
- Card is frozen
- Change Card PIN
- Go to Kiple Wallet page and click on “VISA Prepaid Card” tab
- Choose on “Change Card Pin”
- Enter Wallet PIN for verification
- Create new Card PIN & re-confirm the new Card PIN
- New Card PIN setup is done

How do I request for a replacement card?
You may submit your replacement card application by follow the following steps. Prevailing card fee will be charged upon submission.
- Go to Kiple Wallet page and click “Visa Prepaid Card” tab
- Click “Request Replacement Card” tab
- Submit the delivery address and replacement card will be delivered to you
You will not be able to use your existing card once you have submitted the replacement card request. New card number will be issued to you as the activation number.
